Every tutor at Bridges is a certified, degree-holding educator with real classroom experience. We don't hire undergrads — we hire teachers who understand how kids learn and how schools work.
Amy and Mary started Bridges Learning Lab with one mission — to give every child access to the kind of expert, personalized support that changes outcomes.
Amy believes every child has a reading breakthrough waiting to happen — and she's determined to find it. With 18 years in the classroom and a passion for early literacy, she creates a space where young learners feel confident, inspired, and excited to explore. When she's not teaching, you'll find her crafting, spending time with her three kids, or dreaming about the children's books she'll write one day.
Mary lives for the "aha" moment — when a concept finally clicks and a child realizes what they're capable of. A former Division 1 athlete and team captain, she brings the same belief in hard work and teamwork to every session. Her philosophy is simple: it doesn't matter where a kid starts, it's where they finish.
Sarah has spent 8 years supporting students in public education and knows firsthand how the right encouragement can change everything. A mom, a wife, and a self-described champion for every kid in the room — her goal is to turn "I can't" into "I did it!"

Abby believes finding a child's "spark" is what teaching is really about — and that every learner needs a different key to unlock it. She recently stepped away from the classroom to welcome her first son, but her love for teaching hasn't skipped a beat. When she's not tutoring, you'll find her running, reading, or crafting.

Meaghan has spent her career as a special education teacher and reading interventionist — which means she's an expert at meeting students exactly where they are. She's passionate about creating a space where learning is joyful, not stressful. Off the clock, she's on the tennis court, hunting for great coffee, and cheering loudly for women's sports.
